Dues are as follows:

• Active: $250
• Associate: $250
• Provisional: $175
• Locum Tenens: $180/year or $15/month (please enter the # of months)
• Leave of Absence (LOA) for 6 months or more: $100
• New MSA members joining after July 1, 2024: $100 (NOTE: This only applies to new medical staff joining later in the year after July 2024 please)

All payments will be charged in Canadian dollars.
